Benefits

Preassembled. Prefinished. Precise.

Reduce installation time and costs. ReadySet preassembled doors and frames are delivered to you ready for final installation. At our service centers, certified installers preassemble the door, hardware and frame so you don't have to. The ReadySet system eliminates the need for additional on-site assembly, drilling, and wiring.

Why ReadySet is Right For You

  1. Project manage the complete opening for you. Simply send us the approved door, frame and hardware schedules, and we will create all the component orders. We'll troubleshoot all issues directly with the vendors so you don't have to! That ensures your order arrives on the job site complete and accurate the first time.
  2. Help you with product selection. Whether it's a prehardwared door to be installed in an existing conventional frame or a complete opening with our unique split jamb welded frame for after-dry-wall installation, we'll help you determine the appropriate ReadySet configuration for each opening on your project.
  3. Coordinate all component lead times and delivery. You have only one schedule to be aware of - the date the complete opening will arrive on the job-site.
  4. Coordinate ALL of the hardware for a given opening. Auxiliary components such as wall stops, gaskets and signs can all be marked by opening and taped to the door they go with, so everything needed for the opening is together.
  5. Arrange all freight requirements for your project. We work with a large network of carriers to arrange the most cost-effective delivery from our factory directly to the job-site - according to your schedule. No separate invoices for you to deal with!
  6. Phase your job when needed. When shipments are required, we phase shipments per your schedule. We can even palletized the doors according to your needs. If the order is large enough for a dedicated trailer, we'll even load the truck in the order you would like it unloaded.
  7. Handle large and small orders. The largest ReadySet project to date had over 2500 openings!
  8. Work with you on job-site delays. If your project has been delayed, we will store your ReadySet doors up to two weeks at no charge. Beyond two weeks, we will continue to hold for a fee.
  9. Provide hardware sets for non-ASSA ABLOY affiliated doors. These will be grouped by opening and clearly marked.
  10. Offer painted wood doors. We can finish paint primed hardboard, primed veneer or primed MDO, as well as stile and rail doors. We will match any custom color.
  11. Provide glazing in our ReadySet doors. We purchase glass locally per your specifications and will glaze all wood and metal doors.
  12. Pre-finish small numbers of conventional frames. These can be either welded or KD, to go with your ReadySet units. This is done on a quoted, per job basis only, but can help round out those jobs where all but a few units are to be done with ReadySet frames.
  13. Finance you material until the order is ready and ships complete. Since we handle all the component purchase orders, you do not need to finance or warehouse hardware, doors and frames while you're waiting for all pieces to arrive. We do not invoice until completed opening has shipped.
  14. Provide one invoice per shipment. You do not need to compile multiple invoices from multiple vendors to determine your cost on a project. Simply make one payment per shipment!
  15. Create preprinted order forms. This is the perfect solution to any account with repeatable projects. We can include special items, preps or shipping instructions unique to the job, to ensure these are provided consistently on every order.

All this and more...

The ReadySet program is backed by teams of skilled professionals who know how to make all of your projects trouble-free.

Our team of installers are all factory-certified for both mechanical and electromechanical installations. They're trained by experts from each of our hardware companies and have direct access to their expertise to resolve any technical issues that may arise. As part of the ReadySet process, they address punch list issues before the units ship to the job-site.

Our team of coordinators handle the quoting, ordering, assembly, shipping, customer service, and everything else ReadySet. They are all centrally-located with the Integrated Products Group at our facility in Mason City, IA. If you have a question regarding the status of your order, a particular application of hardware, etc., your customer service contact can simply walk out onto the shop floor to get you an answer immediately.
